Return Information

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days without an explanation. The 14 days expire after 14 days where you or a third party acquired your order.

Returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them. You need to send back the items to me and have to bear the returning costs. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The returning requirements are fullfilled if you send the goods back within the 14 day withdrawal period.

If your return is accepted, I send you the address where to send the items. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

After we receive and accept your returnment we will reimburse all payments received by you. If not stated otherwise by you, we will use the same payment transaction method that you used for your purchase. Please take in mind that it can take some time till your bank processes the refund.
